Website Management & Updates

We understand that from time to time you will need to update your website (and let’s face it, those Google Gods want you to). To make it easier for us to complete your updates quickly, we suggest one of the management plans listed below. It pretty much works like prepaid phone credit – you pay for some hours, and have a time period in which to use them.

4 Hour Package – $260
4 hours worth of updates
3 months to use them

10 Hour Package – $585 (1 hour free)
10 hours worth of updates
6 months to use them

20 Hour Package – $1170 (2 hours free)
20 hours worth of updates
12 months to use them

Pay As You Go (PAYG) Package – $65/hour
Pay by the hour (all requested updates will be quoted and agreed before work begins)

Domains & Hosting

Registration of your website address can be tricky, as can working out which hosting plan you need – so we’re happy to give you a hand. When we register your domain and set up your hosting, we can also create up to 5 email addresses for you. We’ll also provide you with instructions on how to set up your email in your mail program (Outlook etc*).

SEO Packages

It’s definitely worth having some kind of search engine optimisation for your website, or it’s highly likely that no-one will be able to find it.

SEO Fundamentals Package – $325
We’ll conduct extensive keyword research and analysis, and once we’ve chatted to you about some agreed keywords, we’ll pop them into the code of your website, and tweak your website text if necessary to include them. We’ll even give them to you at the start of the project so you can base your text content around them, to make life a bit easier for you.

SEO 6 Monther – $230/month for 6 months
Once you’ve got your feet wet and are keen on amping up your search engine rankings even more, feel free to jump into our six month program. This program builds on the fundamental principles we’ve built your site on, and adds link building and more advanced techniques to move you up the Google ladder.

SEO Monitoring

Brilliant, you’ve got your site optimised for search engines, so you can just sit back and watch it soar up the rankings. Right? Wrong. Due to the nature of search engines and their ever changing ‘rules’, you need to keep on top of your SEO and make sure it is always as relevant as possible. That’s where we come in. We can monitor your site’s rankings and tweak the content to keep Google happy as often as you like. Ultimately, it’s best done monthly, but you are welcome to ask us to do it more or less often.
